Welcome to Spirited Healthâ„¢! I am Holistic Transpersonal Life coach. I specialize in stress management and major life events. I graduated from the Mind, Body, Food Institute under Vicky Thondley with my diploma and certificate in Holistic Life Coaching and Mind-body Practitioner. I received my Transpersonal coaching certificate with Natalie Griffin from Naughty Shaman. In addition, I am also currently a practicing Registered Nurse of 20 years, Shamanic Healer and Teacher at Naughty Shaman. I am a published author in both Mind, Body, Food and Divorce Magazine. I am a Yoga instructor- 200HR-RYT of 16 years- having received my Yoga Instructor certificate from Sacred Rivers Yoga and received instruction from Paula Scorpino and Jean Skeels. I teach Yoga to both children and adults. I have practiced Yoga for 17 years and discovered the power of Yoga while on my own personal journey through recovering from a grave illness.

As a Holistic Life Coach and Mind Body Practitioner, I help you become the best possible version of yourself. I specialize in helping you move through your life transitions with grace. I hold a safe space for you to feel comfortable shifting your perspective. I work to help you create transformational change, showing you how to truly understand your own value and life purpose, step-up your self-care, and help you to feel whole again. I specialize in helping you create healthy boundaries for yourself as well as build a strong positivity and gratitude practice. My coaching knows no boundaries: I am available on-line and work globally as well as locally to help you power-up. I like to make my coaching convenient for people who live busy lives.

I believe that Yoga is a tool that is here for us to utilize throughout our entire life.  I incorporate Yoga in my everyday life and share my practice techniques with my patients and clients.  I am currently teaching Gentle Yoga and All-level classes at Superior Fitness in Suffield, CT and private 1:1 yoga session.  I also offer additional classes such as Kids Yoga, Yoga for Athletes, and Chair Yoga. I am passionate about empowering people to safely move through their fear into the light of strength and to honor their bodies.

What sets me apart from other Yoga instructors? Along with my knowledge of the human body, energy and Yoga experience, I bring compassion, gratitude and humor to my classes. The fact that I am a Registered Nurse, this means that I understand the body, disease process and how it effects a person. This knowledge enables me to design classes that are aligned with your particular health issues in a confidential way, so everyone gets what they need to improve their overall health and wellbeing safely, and I am able to further tailor 1:1 session to focus on your specific needs.

My mediumship skills and intuitive nature combine with another large part of my practice is Shamanic and Energy healing. Specifically, I work with people in all types of life transitions-- helping them heal old emotion wounds, energy patterns, blocks, and dis-ease so that they can move forward on their journey. I also work with people experiencing physical pain--both acute and chronic by providing pain relief using my gifts of healing.

And of course, I bring my Nursing knowledge into every aspect of my services to help educate you about your health, especially stress reduction and management.

My mission is to incorporate Yoga, Alternative method, like Energy work and Coaching into the mainstream of healthcare to provide a true "whole-istic" model of care.  In our current world, Yoga is one way to help fight back against the number one threat to your health- STRESS, but there are many other ways and I pride myself on bringing you a multifaceted approach. A model that is caring, supportive, empowering and nurturing to you as a whole person. I am committed to helping you live your life whole, with enthusiasm and determination. A more aligned life- one that is a spirited life.
