Does receiving Energy Healing hurt?

No, receiving Energy Healing does NOT hurt. You may experience sensations in the body during an energy session, such as tingling,  warmth, peacefulness or relaxation.

What does it feel like? What can I expect to experience?

Many who experience my gifts have reported:

• Instance feeling of relaxation and ease
• A "release"
• Pain relief of Chronic and Acute issues..... (although I always recommend being checked by your MD)
• Loss of their fatigue that is replaced with a feeling of being energized.
• A feeling of "being whole"

and occasionally messages from loved ones who have passed, though this is a new and growing piece of my gift.
