 Shamanic Healing Energy Sessions

Spiritual coaching/ Soul Work is much deeper work- it’s about moving you into a place of alignment that starts with an energetic scan of the body and spirit. Dis-ease is assessed and extracted from the energetic field if present. Soul retrieval is done if needed. Energy and karmic patterns are discussed and worked on - the client is an integral part of the healing process, requiring you to go within. This session is designed to go beyond the chakra and meridian energetic flow. It facilitates communication with your soul- your inner sovereignty. This is spiritual coaching and this session is for those who: want to change their energy patterns, resolve karmic issues ( which are ready to be released at this time and are in alignment with your soul) and (by doing so) raise their vibration.

I also offer Energy Balancing which brings healing to the chakra in need of it, balances the flow of energy into and though the chakras; and Energy work which achieves energetic balance of the chakras, improves flow of energy through the meridians and is focused on pain relief at targeted areas of the body.

Manage Your Stress Before It Manages You

STRESS MANAGEMENT IS SO IMPORTANT, especially in a toxic busier is better society. One of the best ways to combat this is through stress management techniques. And the BEST TIME to learn and practice them is NOW. I know it can be hard in today’s world to find time for yourself, but it is so important! I have found some great tools for managing stress and I want to share them with you. Here you will learn what the stress response is, what is does to your body, mind, and emotions, how it effects your relationships-as well as how to assess your stress level, and how to reboot your stress response. Not only will you learn all this, but you will learn some great stress management tools you can use to take care of yourself through Self-care, Meditation, mindfulness, breath work, and outside the box coping skills.

De-stress Your Life One Breath at a Time

Knowledge is power! Take control of your stressors instead of them taking control of you. This workshop takes the mask off of stress so you can learn how stress effects the body and how it causes disease. You will be learning four breathing techniques that can be utilized to de-stress, relax, focus and re-energize you. In addition, we will discuss other techniques and practices that can help you press the emergency stop button on stress, change your perspective and manage the stress you are experiencing. You will be amazed that you have the power within you to decrease the amount of stress you carry. This is approximately a 2 hour workshop which ends in a soothing and relaxing guided meditation.

Ready, Set, Goals!

Do you have trouble setting goals or sticking to them? Are you always so busy, putting others first that you feel like you don’t have time for yourself? This workshop will give you the time and space to focus on you and what you want. You will learn how to set goals, maintain momentum and achieve your goals. We will explore the blocks that keep you from your accomplishments. You will have the chance to create, socialize and build support with others as well as received 1:1 coaching time with me during our time together.
